Matthew Werley has taught undergraduates and masters-level students in various academic settings in the USA, UK, and Austria.
He began lecturing at the university level at the age of twenty-one in Philadelphia. Years later he also helped to design cross-degree curriculum at the University of East Anglia. Additionally, Matthew received professional tutorial training at the University of Oxford and between 2009 and 2015 taught music history and anaylsis at the University of Cambridge.
To date, Matthew has offered some 30 different undergraduate courses, supervised numerous capstone projects and master's theses, as well as advised student projects in art history, literature, and philosophy.
